1. The contract between us

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Ernestone Aloe Vera website supports secure online transactions through secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

All the data you pass via this website and our secure PayPal and Google Checkout, such as credit card details or personal information, is protected from interception and tampering by industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

Pages requiring you to enter private information are secured. This means that all information entered on our secured pages is encrypted prior to being sent to us. You will know that you are on a secure page when you see a closed padlock when using Microsoft Internet Explorer or a solid key when using Netscape Navigator. These images are usually found in the lower left-hand corner of the browser.

Orders are normally dispatched after payment has been received.

We do not hold or handle any of your payment details, all of our payments are handled by our processing partners Google Checkout or PayPal, we are provided with enough details to complete your order and bring reference to your order should you need us to. .

You’ll see the item has been added to your Shopping Cart. If you wish to view the products in your shopping cart, you can click on Shopping Cart which always remains at the top right hand corner of the screen.

Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top of the screen. Then click Checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have completed your delivery and credit/debit card details, your transaction will be processed completely securely. You will then receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.

Any credit/debit card information you enter will be stored in your Google Checkout account. Please note that charges to your payment cards will be made by "Google Payment Corporation". Google will not share your payment card details with dabs.com (or indeed with any other Google Checkout merchant).

CANCELLING AN ORDER

As orders are despatched after payment is received, orders can be cancelled at no charge if cancelled prior to despatch.

To Cancel: Please email sales@ernestonealoevera.co.uk with your order number & contact details.

If an order has already been despatched, unfortunately it will have to be returned at your expense for a refund. *Please see notes on Returns below.

RETURNS POLICY

In the very rare case of faulty or damaged item being recieved by you the customer, the product can either be exchanged or a full refund will be given. *Please see notes on Faulty / Damaged Goods below.

If you are unhappy with the product/s or wish to exchange or made an error in purchasing, please return the product/s within 14 days of the purchase date along with a copy of your invoice.
Refunds will then be made within 14 days of the product/s being returned. please note this is only on the condition the item is returned at your expense within 14 days of the purchase date.
Postage costs will not be refunded.

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS

Replacements / Refunds will be made only once the item/s have been returned.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the postage on returning any goods for whatever reason, although we will always send replacements of faulty items Free of Charge.

Payment

Payment can be made via debit card or credit card. Goods will not be despatched until payment has been accepted and cleared.

PACKAGING

Orders will be well packaged in Bubble Wrap/Boxes as this type of packaging is very light in weight it allows postage costs to be kept at a minimum.
On heavier or more fragile items / orders we use boxes & try to recycle as much as we can by reusing boxes that we have had delivered to us.
